We offer free shipping throughout Australia for all orders. We will pack and send your order within two business days.
Delivery times can range from 1-7 business days within Australia, depending on distance from Melbourne. You will receive email notification on completion of your order, as well as when your item has been shipped, with your tracking number so that you can check on the progress of your delivery.
Shipping is via registered Australia post, and is a trackable service. Australia Post requires a signature on receipt of the delivery. We highly recommend a work/business address, as they always deliver during business hours. If you are not there to sign for the parcel a card will be left and you can pick up the parcel at your local post office.
Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.

This is a guaranteed next day delivery if you're within Australia Post's Express Post network. If the delivery address is outside of the Express Post network then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis. Cost for Express Post within Australia: $15.00
We offer shipping to New Zealand, USA, UK, EU at present. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to purchase our product and live outside of these countries. The item price and delivery charges are listed at point of purchase in Australian dollars. You may need to pay customs and duties in your destination country - please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, if customs charges are not paid for, and the items needs to be returned to us, we will deduct any extra charges we incur (customs or freight cost) before we refund your purchase to you. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strikes, transport complications etc. You will receive notification when your item has been shipped, along with your tracking reference. You must notify the Belinda Pieris Australia returns department and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after notification. e: firstname.lastname@example.org

Any item returned must have a Returns Authorisation Number and proof of purchase (copy of invoice or email confirmation). You must return the product in original condition with the original tickets attached. You are responsible for arranging any insurance and for the cost of the delivery of the returned product.
Shipping and handling charges for returned products are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. No Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons. Upon receipt of returned goods, Belinda Pieris Australia reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements. The return/exchange of product bought on the Belinda Pieris website may not be made to a Belinda Pieris stockist and product bought in Belinda Pieris stockists cannot be returned/exchanged on the Belinda
Pieris website. Any items sent to us without a returns code will not be processed or returned they will be considered lost in transit.
You must first contact us to put forward your case for a refund. If a refund is agreed upon you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. Upon receipt of the returned product and along with Returns Authorisation Number and Proof of Purchase, Belinda Pieris Australia will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when obtaining your Returns Authorisation Number.
For all faulty items you must notify Belinda Pieris Australia straight away to obtain a Returns Authorisation number (See contact details above). Belinda Pieris Aust. will gladly repair or exchange faulty products. If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.
